1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KidsToDo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Parents or legal guardians who create accounts on behalf of their children also agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

KidsToDo is a family task management, learning, and reward application designed for parents and children. The App allows parents to assign tasks, track progress, manage reward points, and support their children's learning and personal development through interactive features including task completion, diary entries, quizzes, virtual pet care, and AI-powered weekly learning reports.

3. Account Registration

• Only parents or legal guardians may create accounts on KidsToDo • Children cannot create accounts independently • Parents are responsible for all activity on child accounts they create • You must provide accurate and complete registration information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

KidsToDo offers three subscription tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. Each tier provides different feature limits including number of children, learning questions per day, AI features, and more. Subscription details and pricing are available in the app. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies follow the applicable app store guidelines.

5. User Conduct

When using KidsToDo, you agree to: • Use the App in a manner appropriate for a family environment • Not upload or share any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Follow our kind words policy — all interactions should be respectful and encouraging • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose • Not attempt to access another user's account without authorization

6. Content Ownership

• User-generated content (including tasks, diary entries, and photos) remains the property of the user who created it • By using the App, you grant KidsToDo a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service • We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the App and our services • We will never sell or share your personal content with third parties

7. Parental Responsibility

As a parent or guardian using KidsToDo: • You are responsible for your child's use of the App • You should monitor the content your child submits, including task submissions and diary entries • You are responsible for managing points and rewards appropriately • You should ensure that tasks assigned are age-appropriate and safe • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content your child creates within the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App's design, logos, icons, code, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of KidsToDo and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service • Users may delete their accounts at any time through the App's settings • Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed • We may discontinue the App or any part of it at any time with reasonable notice

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

KidsToDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KidsToDo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
